Do I need to be an existing me&u customer?

No! me&u Pay works as a standalone product (but it works better together with our guest CRM, Connect).

How does me&u Pay work with my POS?

me&u Pay integrates with your existing POS to generate the bill that appears when users scan, and xxx

What options do guests have to pay the bill?

In me&u Pay, guests can choose to pay the total bill, or split between multiple guests by item, percentage share, or $ amounts.

What problem(s) does me&u Pay solve?

me&u Pay can help your venue tackle long wait times for payment, the awkward clunky bill splitting experience, and help keep your venue running quickly and smoothly.

Can guests pay cash / gift cards?

me&u Pay supports partial payments on the POS, simply take the cash/GC payment on the POS and the amount will be automatically updated on me&u.

Do customers get a tax invoice?

If the guest paid via me&u Pay, they can request a digital receipt using their email address after the bill has been paid.

How do you process refunds?

If the guest paid using me&u Pay, then you can process a refund using Venue manager. We recommend marking the order as refunded in the POS as well for reconciliation purposes.

How do I know if a table has paid?

Once the total bill amount has been paid, the table will be updated and closed in the POS.
